Shoefiti
If you have ever read my first posts, you may remember the discussions about why we think there are random shoes on the road. It reached its peak in 2004 with a lot of people seeing single random shoes around not just Sydney, but around the world (well Para saw them in Denmark and Laura in India).
An article in the Sun Herald wrote about 'Shoefiti'. Shoefiti is when people tie their footwear together with the shoelaces and then throw it over powerlines. The reason behind it was actually a suggestion that Cher wrote about in 2004. Shoefiti marks the territory of drug dealers or gangs. But I'm still waiting for an explanation on why there are single random shoes on the road... it drive me nuts!!!

I once found some red heels on the street. I tried them on and walked down the street for a bit. Then I left them on the ground a few paces further from where I found them. I wonder what other adventures they have gone on...
