Mel's Little World has just suddenly gotten bigger
Written 9th April
It’s been awhile since I have written and there have been a lot of changes during this time. I’m currently sitting at the airport surprisingly not shedding any tears with a one-way ticket to London and with no plans at all.
It was last November that I suddenly decided to drop everything and move to London. I didn't write in my blog as nothing inspired me. Friends were getting mortgages, relationships were getting serious, careers were the main focus ... I had to get out! I didn't want to go down that path. Not yet anyways.
I then went to Hong Kong and had a surreal time which confirmed my ability to adapt to new places myself and live it up. I then came back and went to the other extreme where I became introverted and hid behind a computer screen on Saturday nights (very strange post holiday depression). So to my friends - sorry if I was ignoring you or then weirdly suddenly latching onto you!
After I quit work, I slowly came out of my cave and went back to the usual festivals and socialising which was a lot of fun but I knew I wanted to move onto different things.
Mel’s little world became a bit too little so hopefully I will have bigger experiences which I'll share with you at www.mellyinlondon.blogspot.com
Bye!
